By using SummifyAI, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
SummifyAI provides AI-powered text summarization inside Google Docs™.
3. User Responsibilities
Use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not share premium access with unauthorized users.
4. Premium and Subscription Plans
Free users have daily limits. Premium access is available via one-time purchase or subscription. Payments are processed by PayPal.
5. Intellectual Property
The SummifyAI code, design, and branding remain our property. Summaries generated belong to the user.
6. Prohibited Activities
Reverse-engineering or modifying the app, using it for spam, illegal, or abusive content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Service is provided “as is,” without guarantees.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the system.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.
